Bedrooms and beds

The house is, reasonably, suitable for 3 adults or a family of 4. The large bedroom has a double bed and a single bed in a "half" closed room, where a child can sleep perfectly. The small bedroom has a single bed. Mattresses can be shifted around and we have a children's "camping bed", which we can add to the room if required.

Payment and Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the check-in time; if you cancel after this time, we will charge the first day's rent. We will refund the remaining amount.
When making a reservation, we ask for the first day's rent as a deposit, the rest you can pay on arrival or in advance by bank transfer.

House rules

- Our neighbours are nice to us, so please be nice to them.
- Smoking inside is not allowed.
- The house may not be used for organizing parties.
- Well behaved pets are welcome
- Check in is from 15:00 onwards
- Please check out before 11:00 am

Parking

In our street there is a "blue parking zone"; this means that you can park with a parking disc for a maximum of two hours from Monday to Saturday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. This means that there is usually enough parking space and the opportunity to load and unload quietly.
The street is on the border of this blue area and 200 metres away the area of unlimited parking begins.
